How do I change information for an event in my SCHED* site?

How do I change the colors based on the categories for each of the tiles?
Colors are determined according to the order in which Event Types are created. The order of colors is red, green, blue, orange, purple, aqua-blue, yellow, gray, teal and pink.
How many Event Types can I create?
There is no limit on the number of Event Types however we recommend limiting to seven (7) in order to prevent confusion among event attendees. If you have more than seven "main" event types, consider generalizing and creating sub-categories. For example assume your event has Panels on issue #1, issue #2 and issue #3. You could make event type 1: Panel on Issue #1, event type 2: panel on issue #2 and event type 3: panel #3. A better solution would be to make the main event type "Panels" and create three sub-event types based on the panels: issue #1, issue #2 and issue #3. The sub-event types will be displayed as a drop down menu under Panels and attendees will be able to select the types of panels they are looking for based on this menu
How many sub-event types can I create?
There is no limit to the number of sub-event types users can create. Sub-event types are case sensitive so "Music" and "music" would appear as two different sub-event types.
What is a sub-event type?
Sub-event types are additional classifications of main Event Types (see question above on Event Types). Sub-event types become visible when hovering over the main event types in the Menu toolbar (gray strip with Date & Venue). Sub-event types help users to understand the different main event types. For example, the main event type could be music and the sub-event types could be rock, classical and country.
Is there a limit to the number of characters I can put in the description field on the spreadsheet?
Yes. There is a 256-word limitation. If you need to include a longer description, create a hyperlink to an existing page that includes the additional details.
Can I include pictures or video in the detailed event session pane ("Tiles")?
Yes. Pictures, video and audio can be added to the detailed event session pane and is revealed when users hover over the related tile. Please contact us if you'd like to integrate rich media into your schedule.
What are event_keys ("Event Keys")?
Event Keys are unique identifiers for your individual sessions. They can be any alphanumeric combination you choose and should not include spaces. For example 123, ABC, Meeting1, panel_2 are all examples of acceptable Event Keys. Event Keys are not shown to attendees however they are very important. Event Keys allow our system to create a new Tile (see above question) for your information. Each session for your event must have a unique Event Key in order to be shown on your SCHED* site and allow attendees to add to their personal schedule. Once an event key is created, you must not change it.
Are "Event Keys" case sensitive?
No. Event Keys are not case sensitive. This means our system reads "ABC" and "abc" as the same thing. Please keep this in mind to prevent sessions from being properly reflected on your SCHED* site.
Can I change an Event Key?
No you should not change an Event Key. Instead, make a new session with the desired event key and copy the relevant information. Be sure to mark the old session "inactive" by changing the "Active" column to "N". Never delete any rows that have an event key.
A session was cancelled. Can I delete the row from the Google document?
No you should never delete any rows or columns on the Google document. If a session has been cancelled or you do not want it to show up on your SCHED*, change the "Active" column to "N". This will remove the session from being reflected in your SCHED*.
Can I include hyperlinks in my SCHED*?

Attendee Sees:
Sample Here
Can I bold text?
Yes, just surround the text you want bolded with on either side. In the below example "Sample Text" would be bolded.
Type:
Sample Text
Attendee Sees:

Can I insert a line break (i.e. start another line)?
Yes, just insert
before the word where you would like the line break to occur. See the below example
